CREATIVE TEAM
Jane is currently performing the role of Pamina in Opera Australia's school's tour production of The Magic Flute. Most recently she performed the soprano role in the world premiere production of The Flight of Les Darcy for Music Theatre Sydney, as part of the Tasmanian Ten Days on the Island festival.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts from Wollongong University, A Diploma of Opera from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and an AMEB Licentiate of Music in Singing.
Previous performances include the Witch in Hansel and Gretel for Opera Australia, La Femme in Le Pauvre Matelot for Sydney Conservatorium and Fiordiligi in Where the Garment Gapes for version 1.0. Jane has a long history of working with young performers, directing The Real Inspector Hound and Visions and serving as singing coach for the productions Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamicoat, Chess and Jesus Christ Superstar.
Steven has taught dance for over 20 years and holds an ATCDA in Jazz Modem Syllabus, a DipEd in Montessori and has completed and additional year of dance training at Ku-ring-gai College. After operating his own company for ten years, with which he produced, directed and choreographed shows for the Glen St, Zenith and Seymore Centre theatres, he moved into freelance work and has worked with Sydney Dance Company, Brent Street, Numerous Ballet, Primary and High Schools. His high standard of work has been reflected by his excellent eisteddfod results with these groups. He has also choreographed the last five musical productions for Asquith Boys High School.
Steven has also worked professionally in London, South-East Asia and Sweden, and with such names as Maggie Tabberer, Toni Pearen, Tina Arena, David Atkins and Kerry Packer. Most recently he has branched into film and has worked as a choreographer for 'The Jazz Lady', 'Bondi Rhythm' and 'Episode 2' for the Star Wars Trilogy.

Rose Parkin - Director Extreme Youth Theatre
After completing post-graduate studies in Drama Education at The University of Sydney, Rose has been teaching drama at high schools for several years. Her production credits include directing 'Little Shop of Horrors', Joseph and His Technicolour Dreamcoat', 'South Pacific, 'Chess' and 'Jesus Christ Superstar', and producing the plays 'The Real Inspector Hound', 'Visions' and 'Confusions'. She is very proud of her ex-students who are now beginning to make an impact in professional theatre and various drama and theatre courses.
